As a PTP Intern you will have the chance to practice:
Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Assuring invoice compliance with tax / legal rules and accounting standards
Resolving issues regarding invoices, purchase orders and goods received notes
Ensuring correct VAT rates and exemptions
Reconciling supplier statement
Contacting internal partners from different countries to obtain required information / approvals
Maintaining process documentation
Identifying process improvement needs
We Appreciate:
University degree or students of the last years of study
English allowing business communication
Good command of Excel
Experience in work with the ERP systems, preferably SAP (nice to have)
Accuracy and attention to details
Ability to understand customer needs and establish priorities
Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership, capable to adjust to the situation and enhancing of cross team cooperation
“Can do” attitude
Good team player
