Overview

Functional expert in the field of HR information systems is responsible for implementation and maintenance of authorization structure in the systems. Provides customized reports and dashboards to clients and colleagues. Takes care for troubleshooting on technical and functional issues in the systems. Maintains quality and consistency of HR information systems. Ensures personnel actions are following current HR policies and guidelines. Provides HRIS functional support to HR and other staff. Proposes improvement of HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains quality and consistency of HR information systems.
  • Provides HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff.
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical and functional problems and deficiencies. Resolves complex problems.
  • Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.
  • Assists in new systems deployment and operational changes.
  • Develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS.
  • Assists/trains colleagues in using HR systems/applications (sharing knowledge of HR systems/explains working methods).
  • Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains, and enhances authorization structure.
  • Serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas regarding operations and the HRIS.

Qualifications

  • Information systems structure, operations, and administration.
  • Reporting tools, report development and design.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes.
  • Design, installation and maintenance of various HRIS systems.
  • Microsoft Office applications (it requires advanced knowledge of Excel, including macro).
  • Deep understanding of Workday system
  • English allowing business communication
  • Proactiveness, problem-solving attitude
  • Taking ownership, “can do” attitude, goal orientation
  • Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership
  • Ability to establish priorities
