1. Processing employee data precisely and in timely manner (from Onboarding, workforce administration, full employee lifecycle and exit administration)
2. Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR systems
3. Resolving simple employee queries and requests
4. Assuring that sensitive documents are treated with professionalism and confidentiality
5. Contributing to HR related activities within the team
6. Preparing basic reports and analyses
7. Ensuring that daily operations are carried out according to set targets
8. Identifying potential process improvements and actively taking part in implementation
9. Developing strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders
10. Taking part in development of HR policies including: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Review, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Development
11. Performing an administrative function
12. Assisting in administrative tasks and providing support as a backup for the Office Specialist
