We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive LMS Administrator who will ensure the seamless operation of our Learning Management System while bringing fresh ideas to enhance our digital learning platform. In this role, you will manage the technical behind-the-scenes processes and play a key role in making our learning offerings more engaging and innovative for our workforce.

 

As the LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the LMS, including overseeing system features, content and user administration. You’ll ensure optimal system performance and provide technical expertise to support users and enhance the platform’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Manages daily administration of the LMS (Cornerstone), including integration of internal and external e-learning content, coordination of classroom event management and related communications, global e-learning assignment management, and user integration support in collaboration with HRIS departments.

2. Acts as the second-level technical escalation point for Local Key Users, providing guidance and empowerment to handle front-end queries independently.

3. Conducts root cause analysis to identify and eliminate recurring technical issues, focusing on long-term resolution rather than temporary fixes.

4. Provides training and support to instructors and learners on how to use the LMS effectively. Creates clear instructions and technical documentation to standardize processes and minimize repetitive support requests.

5. Standardizes, collects, and analyzes LMS usage data and reports, monitoring learner progress and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Collaborates with internal teams and 3rd-party e-learning providers to clarify technical specifications and coordinates with external consultants on larger projects.

7. Provides input on the quality and user experience of e-learning content to ensure high engagement and acceptance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Business Informatics, or related field
  • English language level allowing business communication
  • Relevant experience with LMS administration or technical system configurations
  • Career-changer or tech-savvy professional with passion for logical problem-solving
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools is an advantage
  • Presenting level of commitment, responsibility, ownership
  • Enhancing cross team cooperation
  • Ability to establish priorities

The role is based in Poland with independent work responsibility and near-daily virtual collaboration with the team in Ratingen (Germany). It includes a physical workstation with full office benefits and occasional participation in team activities at the corporate service offices in Gdańsk alongside other departments.
