The primary purpose of the job is to ensure that customer payments and all receivable’s related activities are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with the quality standards.

Operational tasks include assuring that needed goods or services are ordered and delivered on time in consistency with the procurement procedure. The main tasks are revising purchase order requests and evaluating offers, issuing purchase orders, supporting supplier master data management and performing other operational purchasing related activities.

Provides customized reports and dashboards to clients and colleagues. Takes care for troubleshooting on technical and functional issues in the systems. Maintains quality and consistency of HR information systems. Ensures personnel actions are following current HR policies and guidelines. Provides HRIS functional support to HR and other staff. Proposes improvement of HR processes.
